Site Preparation

Place the container on a level, well-drained foundation capable of supporting its empty weight, payload, and concentrated loads at the corner castings. Common placement methods may include engineered concrete pads, piers, or other approved supports.

Allow sufficient space for all doors to open fully. Confirm site access, setbacks, drainage, utility locations, local permits, anchoring requirements, and intended use before delivery.

The high-cube interior is not automatically ventilated or climate-controlled. Condensation, temperature changes, and humidity must be considered when storing moisture-sensitive contents.

Shipping and Certification Notice

A one-trip condition does not by itself confirm that the container remains certified for international freight use. If it will be loaded and transported as cargo, confirm the CSC plate, inspection status, maximum gross weight, door modifications, and carrier acceptance before purchase.
