Product Overview

Extend the usable life of a compatible single-truss arch storage shelter with a model-specific replacement main cover. Designed to fit multiple shelter sizes, this cover restores the primary fabric barrier while allowing a sound existing frame to remain in service.

The kit includes the selected tarpaulin and securing ropes. Standard 300 GSM polyethylene and heavier PVC options are available for designated models. Storage-shelter covers feature a white surface with green edging, while compatible container-shelter covers are listed in solid white.

This product does not include the steel frame, front wall, rear wall, doors, anchors, or complete shelter.

Compatibility Notice

Matching the shelter’s nominal dimensions does not guarantee fit. The replacement cover must match the original frame’s manufacturer, model, width, length, height, arch profile, truss spacing, attachment points, and tensioning system.

Before ordering, locate the shelter identification and measure the existing frame. Compatibility with another brand, modified frame, or similarly sized structure is not guaranteed.

Installation and Maintenance

Inspect the complete frame before installing the replacement cover. Repair bent tubing, loose connections, worn fasteners, failed anchors, and sharp edges before fitting new fabric.

Install and tension the cover according to the original shelter instructions. Uneven or insufficient tension can allow the material to flap, collect water, abrade against the frame, or tear around attachment points.

Inspect the cover and ropes periodically and after severe weather. Retension loose fabric, remove accumulated debris and snow, and repair damage promptly.

Weather-Protection Notice

A replacement cover restores the shelter’s primary fabric barrier but does not make the structure airtight, climate-controlled, completely weatherproof, or structurally stronger. Performance depends on correct fit, frame condition, anchoring, tension, end-wall configuration, maintenance, and local conditions.

No independent wind or snow-load ratings were supplied for these replacement covers. Continue to follow the structural limits of the original shelter.

The supplier requests a forklift or equivalent unloading method. Confirm freight access, package handling, and unloading arrangements before delivery.
