Product Overview
Create approximately 2,560 square feet of covered storage for agricultural equipment, vehicles, construction materials, commercial inventory, and maintenance operations. This Gold Mountain storage shelter combines a reinforced double-truss frame with a high-clearance arched roof and your choice of PE or heavy-duty PVC covering.
Eighteen-by-fourteen-foot mechanical roll-up doors at both ends support convenient drive-through access, while a separate walk-through door provides everyday entry without opening the main doors. Twelve-foot sidewalls and a 23-foot peak create substantial clearance for trucks, trailers, tractors, and tall equipment.

Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s installation, anchoring, maintenance, and weather-use requirements.
Foundation and Anchoring
This shelter is supplied with expansion bolts in place of stake pegs. Expansion bolts require a compatible solid foundation, such as properly designed concrete.
Stake pegs for suitable soil installations are available separately. The selected anchoring system must be appropriate for the site, soil, exposure, and local structural requirements.
Confirm permits, setbacks, foundation requirements, and applicable building codes with the local authority before installation.
Cover Tension and Maintenance
The cover must remain uniformly tensioned to prevent loose areas where rain or snow could collect. Inspect and retighten the pipe-and-ratchet system after initial installation and periodically throughout the year.
Covers installed during colder weather should be checked again when temperatures rise, as the material may relax in warmer conditions. Regularly inspect the fabric, trusses, anchors, doors, ratchets, and connection hardware, particularly after severe weather.
The manufacturer-listed wind and snow ratings depend on correct assembly, anchoring, cover tension, maintenance, and site conditions.
Assembly and Site Planning
A four-person crew can typically complete assembly in approximately four days after the foundation and site are prepared. Allow additional time for unloading, inventorying components, installing anchors, and adjusting the cover and doors.
Select a level, well-drained site with adequate space around the shelter for assembly and equipment movement. Verify underground and overhead utility clearances before beginning work. Professional installation is recommended for a structure of this size.
