We’re Bringing Financing to Flint Hills Barns and Buildings

Some building projects are too important to choose based only on what fits comfortably into a single month’s budget.

A barn, equipment shelter, garage, carport, or storage building may protect animals, machinery, vehicles, feed, and years of work. Choosing the right structure often means looking beyond the lowest initial price and considering what will serve the property over time.

That is why we are excited to bring financing options through Synchrony to Flint Hills Barns and Buildings Co.

Why financing matters for building projects

A building purchase can involve more than the structure itself. Depending on the product and property, a customer may also need to plan for freight, unloading equipment, site preparation, foundations, anchoring, permitting, assembly, or installation.

Financing does not eliminate those costs, but it may give qualified buyers another way to plan the project as a whole.

Our goal is not to encourage anyone to purchase more than they need. It is to help customers compare suitable options without automatically ruling out the building that may better fit their animals, equipment, property, and long-term plans.

How the process will work

The building should still come first.

1. Identify what you need

Start with the job the building must perform. Consider its intended use, required dimensions, door clearance, location, local conditions, and room for future needs.

2. Understand the complete project

Review what is included with the product and what may be separate. Freight, unloading, installation, site work, foundations, permits, and upgrades vary by product and location.

3. Review available financing

Qualified customers can explore available financing through Synchrony. Synchrony—not Flint Hills Barns and Buildings—determines approval, available terms, rates, fees, and eligibility.

4. Make an informed decision

Review the product, delivery details, total project needs, and financing agreement before committing. Ask questions whenever something is unclear.

Personal help is still part of the process

Adding online financing does not mean removing the human side of FHBB.

If you are uncertain about building type, size, delivery, or what questions to ask before applying, you can still talk with Bobby. We can help you understand the structure and ordering process, while Synchrony handles the financing application and credit decision.

Synchrony Financing – Pay Over Time is now available as a payment option during eligible Shopify checkout. Once you have selected a building, add it to your cart and choose Synchrony at checkout to review available terms.

We built Flint Hills Barns and Buildings around a simple idea: rural property owners deserve clear information, practical choices, and honest help. Adding financing is another step toward making that experience complete.

Financing is offered through an independent third-party provider and is subject to credit approval. Rates, terms, fees, and eligibility are determined by the financing provider. A financing application is separate from a product order unless expressly stated otherwise. Review all financing disclosures and agreements before accepting an offer.
