This kit supplies the steel brackets, shade canopies, canopy mounts, straps, and bracket-to-lumber screws. Buyers must purchase the following separately:

Important Installation Information

Lumber dimensions, beam spans, post spacing, footings, and anchoring must comply with manufacturer instructions and applicable building codes. All nine post bases must be secured to a suitable structural foundation.

The semi-permeable canopies provide filtered shade but are not waterproof. No wind-speed or snow-load rating was supplied for the fabric. Canopies should not be left supporting snow or exposed to severe weather beyond the manufacturer’s recommendations.
